Using Prezi in the classroom

1. Watch the tutorials

2. Have a goal for the Prezi-what information do you want your audience to get?

3. Organize the information

4. Look for opportunities to use Prezi that will add interest to learning.

5. Allow students to create a Prezi instead of giving an oral presentation.

6. Create a Prezi to explain a big project instead of just standing up and talking about it.

7. Put Prezis of assignment requirements/rubrics on a class blog so students can reference them from home.

8. Get creative with Prezi. Use videos, pictures, images, etc. to liven things up.

9. Keep options open when students are creating Prezis. Let them think of new uses and ways to incorporate it into learning.

10. Have a backup plan in case you run into technical difficulties.
