Education question

Should technology  eventually replace traditional activities in classrooms, i.e. e-readers instead of books, iPads instead of paper notebooks?

  2. I believe we cannot go backward and we should follow the high tech trend even though a teacher can be afraid that the student could be distracted with social networks.

  3. I believe that technology is a useful and powerful tool that should have a strong presence in the classroom. However, I think it is still useful for students to know how to write with a pencil and traditional classroom tools. This is particularly true as technology can often fail, also note taking and other activities are often easier done by hand or the traditional way

  4. Technology is an extremely valuable tool in education especially because the world is turning completely to every convenience that it offers. We have to prepare children so they can be successful in society so I think it is great to introduce them to all that is available. However, I believe the basic skills of writing and reading need to still be taught to children in their younger years. This is something that will always be valuable.

  5. Technology should be used as a resource to teach some activities but not to replace traditional activities, Im just afraid if we use technology all the time we are going to forget how to use a pen and papers to write ;)... some traditional activities are very successful with students.
